My Wife Would Kill Me !!!

I was sitting in my office this afternoon on my lunch break, surfing the world wide web, when I came across this picture.
If my wife ever walked into the kitchen and saw this, I would be DEAD !!! After some investigation, it turns out that the picture was taken by a “Boat Owners” wife. I guess he had done some repairs / modifications to his rudder and needed a little heat for a quicker curing time. Well, set the oven to 400 degrees and open the door. Instant curing oven, right? I wouldn’t recommend this practice to anyone.
On another note, take a look at the rudder in the picture. Looks really familiar doesn’t it? Except for that weight saving hole cut out in the middle, looks just like a folkboat rudder…….Curious who in the fleet has put an inboard motor in their boat? I guess we will find out on November 6th for the first race of the 2010 / 2011 GGYC Mid-Winter Series. See you guys out there……
